Presentation of the conference:

This conference is organized each year since 1989 in Caen University. It is intended to give the state of the art on some specific theme in the area of number theory, especially among those studied in the Laboratoire de Mathématiques N. Oresme (LMNO). The possibility given to invite the best specialists to give talks shows the dynamism of fundamental research in mathematics in Caen, and this conference has now acquired an international reputation.

The twenty-second edition of this conference will take place from 20th to 22nd of June, 2011. Its theme will be the arithmetic geometry over function fields, as well as related areas.
