Registration
Condition
- Limited number of places: The accommodation capacity of the island is limited to 53. The persons first registered will have priority.
- Registration fee: The fee amounts to 250 euros / person. It covers full board at Tatihou and crossings by boat from St Vaast harbour (monday 30th June afternoon and friday 4th July morning). For a reduced fee (students...) please contact the organizers. If you come along, you have to pay the registration fee (250 euros) for each accompanying person.
- Registration deadline: Friday 20th June 2014. For reasons of organisation of your stay on the island, please thoroughly keep to this deadline.
Submit a short talk
In addition to the invited talks, we plan the possibility of some extra short talks (30 min). People interested by giving a short talk should join a title and an abstract to their registration mail
before 31th May. The final list of accepted talks will be published around the 1st of June.
How to Register?
By sending an email to
the organizers, including the following information:
- your name and first name
- your university
- your email address
- mention that you want to register for the 25th Rencontres Arithmetiques de Caen
- mention if you wish to give a short talk (join an abstract)
- any other information that you think usefull for the organizers
The registration will be definitive only at the payment of the fee.
How to Pay ?
You have two ways to pay the registration fees:
- By cheque to the order of the Agent comptable de l'Université de Caen Basse Normandie. The cheque has to be given at your arrival or to be sent at Agent Comptable Université de Caen Esplanade de la paix CS 14032 14032 CAEN CEDEX 5.
- By our secure online service via the registration webpage (choose "registration" and follow the instructions).
